Usuhari glass is unbelivably thin and provides an unparallel mouth feel to your beverage of choice. Usuhari glass are made by craftsmen of Shoutoku Glass in Sumida-ku, Tokyo using techniques traditionally used to make light bulbs with uniform thinness and the skill of craftsmen, which cannot be emulated by machines. The thin glass has a small surface area that when you bring your beverage to your lips, it brings out the true flavor of the drink and at the same time allows the drinker to feel the ice melting and spinning around. You can feel the ice melting and spinning in your hand through the glass!
