This handy 10x2 centimetre guide cradles knives at the perfect angle for sharpening against a whetstone.
It's surprisingly simple for you to use at home.
Place knife guide on back of knife opposite portion of blade being sharpened.
Using both hands, hold knife either side of guide and place ceramic edge of guide onto whetstone.
Guide will hold knife at ideal angle.
Push knife down whetstone using light pressure.
Repeat 3-4 times for each section being sharpened, repositioning guide as required.
