This bread tin has excellent thermal conductivity and durability. The slide-type lid makes it easy to put on and lift, without worrying about it coming off.

Precautions:
- When using for the first time, wash the mold thoroughly with a neutral detergent to avoid scratching it.
- After use, wash with a neutral detergent and sponge immediately to prevent rust and store only after fully dried.
- Handle with care to avoid injury from corners or folded parts of the baking mold.
- Do not put in the dishwasher or dish dryer.
- There may be minor scratches due to manufacturing, but it will not affect the use.

David Cheng Used the recipe from Just One Cookbook's blog and it surprisingly turned out quite well. Despite not being non-stick the bread came out easily when putting it upside down and a good shake. The quality is amazing as expected from made in Japan products.
