Nagatani-en's Kamado-san Donabe Clay Pot is the ultimate tool for cooking rice, stews, braises, and hot-pots. Handcrafted over 2 weeks, this pot is made using soil unique to the Iga Region in Japan and glazed with a high far-infrared effect to help food cook evenly and come out soft and fluffy.
Features:
- Double lid design that functions as a pressure cooker and prevents spills.
- Made with a unique Iga soil that retains heat and ensures even cooking.
- Uses a high far-infrared glaze to help cook food evenly and make rice soft and fluffy.
- Cooks rice in about 13 minutes on medium high heat and allows it to sit for 20 minutes.
- Handcrafted over 2 weeks by Nagatani-en, the premier producer of Iga-yaki pottery since 1832.
